"During this meditation using powerful visualisation and sentient techniques you will be taken you slowly and gently deep into an altered state of consciousness to help you to understand the spiritual concept of oneness. You will call upon Archangel Michael, Angel of Protection and also invoke Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy in this quest to find this lovely feeling of unity; knowing “You are light. You are love. You are eternal spirit”. In this state of stillness you will know your truth. Just being, just breathing as one with everything."The guided meditation itself lasts approx. 32 minutes and the background music continues for 11 minutes approx. so you have time to gently bring yourself back after finishing the meditation.
